Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of product management experience, with a proven history of successfully launching products from conception to completion. A deep understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge is essential. Familiarity with SVPG principles and a commitment to working within empowered, collaborative teams are required. Experience utilizing AI and automation to improve customer experiences and foster innovation is necessary. Proficiency with product management tools such as Productboard, Miro, Jira, and Pendo, as well as AI tools like ChatGPT, is expected. The role also requires a keen eye for market-leading experiential design, including experience with journey maps or high-level wireframes, and expertise in the accounting or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for designing and optimizing engagement workflows to improve user efficiency and deliver value to practices. They will develop features to enhance client communication and create systems for tracking engagement performance metrics, providing actionable insights. Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining high security standards for client data within engagement features is crucial. The role involves building integrations with other practice management tools, developing scalable engagement functionalities, and conducting industry research to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities. Competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and collaboration with the VP of Product Management to create and execute a product roadmap using Jira Product Discovery are key duties. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will partner with product designers on user experience, translate complex requirements for the engineering team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful go-to-market strategies.
