Candidates must have proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows, ideally in contract, project management, or marketplace environments. A strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing, user research, and data-driven design refinement is essential. A compelling portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design across web and mobile, demonstrating interaction, visual, and UX design with clear rationale, is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of shaping product strategy through design are necessary. Mastery of tools like Figma, along with experience in user testing and AI prototyping tools such as V0, Galileo, or similar, is expected. Familiarity with designing for AI-powered experiences, including intelligent workflows, LLM use cases, or cross-functional collaboration with ML/AI teams, is also required.
The Lead Product Designer will lead end-to-end product design from discovery through launch and iteration, delivering high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and polished experiences. They will collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners to frame problems, explore ideas, and shape product direction. Designers will leverage data, user insights, and emerging technologies like AI and LLMs to inform design decisions and improve contract lifecycle workflows. They will drive experimentation and continuous improvement through A/B tests, user research, and rapid prototyping. Additionally, they will build and share design artifacts, mentor others, and contribute to design culture by sharing best practices and championing design quality.
