Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, client-facing platforms, or tools serving multiple personas. A strong customer empathy is required, with a proven ability to translate client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and features that drive real-world success. Experience with full lifecycle product leadership, including discovery, delivery, and iteration, with a focus on product-market fit, usability, and long-term adoption is necessary. Familiarity with dashboards, self-service tooling, and workflow platforms that empower operational users and reduce support burden is also required. AI curiosity and confidence, with experience exploring or shipping AI-powered features, and a thoughtful approach to when and how to apply AI, are essential. Data-informed decision making, leveraging research, analytics, and experimentation to guide strategy and evaluate success, along with a product-led growth mindset, are key qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development of B2B solutions that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth within the RideIQ platform. This role involves deeply understanding users, translating insights into intuitive and scalable product experiences, and asking "why" often to combine qualitative and quantitative research. Responsibilities include defining strong product strategies, leading execution across discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, and leveraging AI to reshape client experiences through automation, personalization, and predictive insights. The Product Manager will also refine roadmaps, align stakeholders, dive into user research, and focus on outcomes rather than just output.
