BioRender is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to lead a team in building features for larger industry and academic organizations. BioRender provides web-based graphics communication products that empower scientists to create visual representations of their research. Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise product management experience, ideally at a fast-growing B2B focused SaaS startup.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate a team with business impact-oriented goals and hold yourself accountable for their achievement.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to challenge ideas and work towards the best solution.
  • Expertise in combining qualitative user insights and quantitative data for product decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, prioritizing clear and concise documentation.
  • Passion for BioRender’s mission, vision, and product.
  • (Bonus) Background or experience in life sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on users, their usage behaviors, and scientists’ typical research workflows within the first 90 days.
  • Drive the development, communication, and execution of the vision for the enterprise application and content offerings.
  • Own and be accountable for the product roadmap, measurement of success, and operations for the Enterprise products and features.
  • Partner with the go-to-market team and directly engage with large industry and academic research organizations to build the right products and features.
  • Contribute to the team and processes that enable BioRender to be an exceptional product management organization.
