Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior AI Product Manager will lead a new engineering team focused on using agentic AI to experiment and build product-level JTBD agents, pioneering Hive's AI strategy. Responsibilities include inventing new interaction paradigms for clients to interact with Hive through AI agents, navigating AI uncertainty with conviction by articulating hypotheses and validating them through rapid prototyping and user testing, and translating AI strategy into an executable roadmap. The role also involves driving cross-functional AI alignment with R&D leaders and championing responsible AI practices.
