The Product Manager will organize feedback from customers, marketing, sales, and customer experience departments to create a clear product roadmap. Responsibilities include optimizing onboarding processes to improve time to value, analyzing acquisition funnels to enhance conversion rates, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful product development, championing customer insights through direct engagement with users, overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, and managing stakeholder communications to ensure alignment on product priorities and progress.
