Requirements

The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, customer success, and marketing teams. Experience in owning customer insights, launching campaigns that amplify customer voices, and managing org-wide programs to extract actionable insights is required. Experience building a global community engine from the ground up, defining how workers and leaders fuel launches, shape roadmaps, and how data turns into decisive action is necessary. Ownership of Advisory Boards and scaling them end-to-end, including launching and facilitating monthly sessions, is required. The ability to translate board signals into crisp recommendations that influence product bets, GTM priorities, and marketing narratives, and to close the loop with stakeholders is essential. Designing and running programs, campaigns, and experiences that leverage members of the customer advisory board, Deel Advocates program, and power users to fuel launches is a requirement. Operationalizing a playbook that turns community energy into earned reach during product announcements is necessary. Leading customer storytelling, including interviews and partnering with Field Marketing to ship case studies and customer-centric campaigns, and collaborating with PR to place customer voices in media is required. Leading audience research, running consumer and market studies to map needs and opportunities, and instrumenting VoC pipelines and building automated dashboards/alerts are also required. Owning the role of the single source of truth on buyers is a key requirement.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will drive customer-centric go-to-market strategies. They will build Deel’s global community engine, defining how workers and HR, IT, and Payroll leaders fuel launches, shape roadmaps, and how data drives action across Product, Marketing, and GTM. They will be the owner of Advisory Boards, scaling them end-to-end and facilitating sessions to surface insights, strengthen advocacy, and deepen executive relationships. They will translate feedback into actionable recommendations for product, GTM, and marketing narratives, and close the loop with stakeholders. They will design and run programs and campaigns that leverage community members to fuel product launches and amplify them with community energy. They will own customer storytelling by leading interviews, partnering with Field Marketing on case studies and campaigns, and collaborating with PR. They will lead audience research, conduct market studies, and build VoC pipelines and dashboards for live insights to steer the roadmap.
