Responsibilities
The Staff Product Designer will create complex and differentiated designs for new product features for Enterprise customers, working closely with Product Managers to influence the roadmap and drive business impact. Responsibilities include leading design and user experience for significant product areas, spearheading 0-1 initiatives, acting as the voice of the customer through user research, and using data insights to inform decision-making. The role also involves partnering with engineers for implementation, mentoring design peers, and leveraging/contributing to the company's design system.
