Candidates should possess 6-8+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, preferably within a PLG or hybrid go-to-market environment. A proven track record of owning product launches and scaling adoption is essential. Strong storytelling abilities to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives, customer obsession with deep empathy for user needs and buying behavior, and comfort leading cross-functional projects are required. Excellent written and presentation communication skills, critical thinking, narrative skills, resilience, adaptability, and positive energy as a collaborative team player are also necessary. Bonus points for experience marketing to self-serve and enterprise customers, familiarity with tools like Miro, Asana, G-Suite, User Interviews, product analytics tools, and experience with PLG tactics and lifecycle marketing.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategy for new features and products, from planning through launch and adoption. They will craft clear, compelling messaging and positioning, partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Brand, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and enablement, and translate customer insights into marketing strategy through user research, interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence. Responsibilities include owning channel strategy, identifying the right mix of channels for scalable GTM launch stacks, and building/maintaining core product marketing assets such as one-pagers, release notes, FAQs, pitch decks, and battlecards. The role also involves being an internal and external evangelist for products, supporting awareness and lifecycle programs with differentiated messaging, driving alignment and clarity across teams, and continuously testing, learning, and iterating with a data-informed mindset.
