Position Overview

Qualified is the Agentic Marketing Platform for B2B companies. With Piper, the AI SDR Agent, Qualified offers a new way to grow inbound pipeline by engaging website visitors, capturing leads, and converting buyers into pipeline around the clock. Hundreds of leading brands, including Crunchbase, Asana, Box, and Grubhub, use Qualified to increase lead conversions, generate more meetings, and improve efficiency within their inbound pipeline motion.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead efforts to deliver new features and products, helping Qualified build the next-generation B2B marketing platform. Your product leadership will be crucial throughout the software lifecycle. You will evaluate new opportunities and define strategic direction by working with customers and analyzing metrics. You will collaborate closely with product designers and engineers to plan and execute projects, and work with marketing, sales, and the customer team to successfully launch products.

Qualified is at the forefront of applying AI, especially LLMs, to B2B marketing. We are seeking PMs who are technologists, innovators, and problem solvers to navigate this evolving landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers and stakeholders to solicit input, facilitate debate, and drive consensus on product direction.
  • Translate product ideas into well-reasoned product requirements and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Guide product designers and engineers in delivering high-quality products.
  • Define product vision for market validation, launches, and iterative improvement based on customer feedback.
  • Support your team's success by leading, motivating, inspiring, or assisting with tasks like QA, UAT, and technical writing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the B2B space.
  • Aptitude for navigating technical complexities and a technical background.
  • Strong belief in leveraging agile product development for iterative building.
  • Excellent product sense, with a drive to deliver exceptional products.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with diverse audiences (executives, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, customers).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit.
