Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise teams to identify, prioritize high-value opportunities, align on performance targets, and deliver integrated value across business units
Build and lead execution of a comprehensive multi-year roadmap achieving value targets and portfolio learning objectives
Govern intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new retail pharmacy concepts from enterprise partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, analytics, experience, legal, payer relations, finance, clinical) to refine initiatives and develop action plans
Drive efficient planning and outcomes through strong project management discipline
Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress, produce recommendations, and manage portfolio performance
Influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
Foster innovation and identify creative solutions
Champion quality through collaboration with legal, regulatory, privacy, compliance, and clinical teams during development lifecycle
Lead end-to-end design, testing, and scaling of prioritized initiatives and product concepts
Align functional teams and experts for budgeting, resourcing, timelines, and accountabilities
Oversee test and pilot operations, including training, technology setup, reporting, performance management, and insights
Use data and analytics for iterative design improvements and stage-gate recommendations
Set business vision and oversee design and deployment of technology enhancements
Facilitate and lead cross-functional efforts
