Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise teams to identify, prioritize high-value opportunities, align on performance targets, and deliver integrated value across business units
  • Build and lead execution of a comprehensive multi-year roadmap achieving value targets and portfolio learning objectives
  • Govern intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new retail pharmacy concepts from enterprise partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, analytics, experience, legal, payer relations, finance, clinical) to refine initiatives and develop action plans
  • Drive efficient planning and outcomes through strong project management discipline
  • Leverage data and insights to inform strategic decisions, monitor progress, produce recommendations, and manage portfolio performance
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Foster innovation and identify creative solutions
  • Champion quality through collaboration with legal, regulatory, privacy, compliance, and clinical teams during development lifecycle
  • Lead end-to-end design, testing, and scaling of prioritized initiatives and product concepts
  • Align functional teams and experts for budgeting, resourcing, timelines, and accountabilities
  • Oversee test and pilot operations, including training, technology setup, reporting, performance management, and insights
  • Use data and analytics for iterative design improvements and stage-gate recommendations
  • Set business vision and oversee design and deployment of technology enhancements
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional efforts
