The role demands comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and major enterprise clients, and excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Familiarity with agile delivery practices and tools like Jira and Confluence, along with exposure to AI/ML enablement, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise SaaS solutions targeting the Legal, Investment Banking, and Private Equity sectors, ensuring solutions meet sector-specific requirements for scale, security, compliance, and user experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. The role involves partnering with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative features, including AI-driven capabilities, and leading the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to define value propositions, pricing models, and product positioning is key, as is creating sales enablement materials and representing the product in client meetings. Providing clear product updates to executive leadership and building strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and support adoption are also core duties.
