Requirements

Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in SaaS software development or implementation and 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on platforms, integrations, or infrastructure products. A Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and experience with message bus technologies and event-driven architectures. Strong technical literacy in APIs, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and the Azure ecosystem is essential, along with expertise in SaaS, security, privacy, AI, empathy, and project management. Knowledge of the Legal and Accounting industries, particularly with products like Intapp, Elite 3e, Aderant, Salesforce, and Workday, is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will define the product vision, guide the roadmap, and orchestrate cross-functional execution for an integration platform using the Microsoft Stack. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and engineering on product strategy, owning the product roadmap, conducting user research, translating insights into requirements, partnering with engineering, design, data, and marketing, writing PRDs and user stories, managing the backlog, leading development teams in an agile environment, coordinating product launches, ensuring training and support resources are in place, and defining and monitoring key product metrics for optimization.
