Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, with over 12 years of product management experience and a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products. Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS or UCaaS platforms, particularly in admin tooling and security products, is required, along with strong technical aptitude and experience engaging with InfoSec, Legal, and IT stakeholders at Fortune 1000 companies. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential, and familiarity with MSFT Purview is highly desirable, while experience with Financial Services companies is a plus.
The Group Product Manager will define and lead the product strategy for enterprise-grade admin controls, data security, data governance, and communication compliance features across Zoom Workplace and Business Services offerings. Responsibilities include driving the development of compliance tooling such as DLP, eDiscovery, information barriers, and legal holds. The role involves engaging with Enterprise and Financial Services customers to understand their data, security, and compliance needs, converting these into scalable product solutions with delightful user experiences, and addressing administrative and compliance needs for Zoom AI Companion. Additionally, the Group Product Manager will define and monitor success metrics and product KPIs tied to enterprise customer adoption, analyze competitive offerings, and collaborate with Compliance partners to provide integrated solutions to joint customers.
