Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Product Design will lead design efforts across key areas related to user access, control, and security within the XAM group. They will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to align on strategy and execution. This role involves driving end-to-end product design, mentoring and supporting the design team, and fostering their growth. The manager will identify problems and implement creative, actionable solutions, manage complex projects, establish appropriate processes, and take initiative to keep the team aligned and moving forward. They will articulate design value and lead the design process from start to finish, ensuring the product vision is clear and achievable.
