Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product management or equivalent, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-scale environment. A demonstrated ability to translate customer and business needs into product requirements, strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience presenting to executives and leading cross-functional teams with influence without authority is also necessary. A technical background or strong technical fluency, experience in SaaS markets, and experience with pricing and AI products are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area, aligned with company and team priorities. They will partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development from concept to launch. Responsibilities include establishing clear success metrics, tracking progress against goals, and adjusting course based on insights. The role involves leading customer discovery and market research to understand user needs and competitive dynamics, prioritizing product opportunities, and communicating product strategy, updates, and results effectively to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Product Manager will mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the broader PM community.
