Requirements

Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in the crypto space within a product, growth, or strategy role, with prior experience working at or with leading L1s, L2s, or major DeFi protocols. A deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, token economics, and growth strategies is essential, along with a proven ability to manage complex client engagements from pitch to delivery and experience analyzing onchain and offchain data. Excellent communication skills are required for presenting complex topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Senior Protocol Strategist will lead client engagements, design strategic solutions, and execute deliverables for protocol initiatives, serving as a senior member of the advisory team. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting market research and competitive assessments, leading the execution of strategic engagements, creating client-ready materials, partnering with sales for business development, developing strategic frameworks for ecosystem design and adoption, publishing research and insights, representing Blockworks Advisory publicly, mentoring junior team members, and staying current with crypto trends.
