Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a customer-obsessed approach with a proven track record of user research and feedback iteration are crucial. Bonus points include experience in restaurant technology, POS systems, loyalty platforms, CRM/marketing automation tools, and working at high-growth SaaS companies.
The Senior Product Manager will contribute to product strategy and roadmap development for key platform capabilities, working closely with engineering and design teams. They will lead cross-functional product development from ideation through launch, writing detailed PRDs and user stories. This role involves partnering with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to gather customer feedback and market insights. A key responsibility is leveraging emerging AI technology to improve the product manager role and weave AI throughout the Thanx platform to enhance customer experiences and drive business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will also drive integration partnerships with various technology providers, analyze product performance using data analytics tools, define KPIs, and conduct A/B tests. Collaboration with data teams to utilize proprietary credit card tokenization technology and purchase data for enhanced personalization and targeting features is also expected.
