Sr Product Manager, Zoom Docs Growth

Position Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Sr. Product Manager to lead the end-user growth of Zoom Docs, an innovative, AI-powered workspace designed for millions of users. In this role, you will own initiatives that drive user acquisition, activation, and monetization by optimizing key touchpoints such as onboarding, SEO, and templates. You will rapidly test hypotheses, collaborate cross-functionally, and leverage data to unlock scalable growth and build delightful experiences that encourage user retention.

About the Team

Zoom Docs is a strategic pillar in Zoom’s vision to evolve from meetings into a full-scale collaboration platform. It extends the meeting lifecycle and anchors our broader push into modern, AI-powered teamwork. With Zoom Docs, we are building a next-generation workspace from the ground up, creating greenfield opportunities to innovate at the forefront of this transformation. Responsibilities

  • Own growth initiatives focused on end-user acquisition, activation, and monetization.
  • Drive optimization across SEO, templates, onboarding, and landing pages to increase conversion and usage.
  • Partner with design, marketing, and engineering to rapidly test and iterate on growth hypotheses.
  • Work closely with data and experimentation teams to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Identify monetization opportunities and build features that align with business and user goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience driving growth for SaaS products.
  • Expertise in SEO, onboarding optimization, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
  • Strong product intuition and creativity in identifying levers for user acquisition and retention.
  • Passion for crafting delightful, user-centered experiences that drive meaningful engagement.
  • Comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and data interpretation to guide product decisions.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $124,000 - $271,200
  • Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that considers base salary, bonus, and equity value.
  • Starting pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
  • Location-based compensation structures may apply.
