Requirements

  • Capability to collaborate with Marketing to drive effective value proposition and Key Opinion Leader development per market and segment needs
  • Knowledge of working with global product and global service teams on new Digital Solutions suitable for the USCAN market
  • Ability to independently develop go-to-market strategies considering commercial considerations such as channel, commercial training, quoting, and revenue recognition
  • Skills in conducting market research with marketing to discover customers’ unmet needs and commercial opportunities
  • Experience managing investment plans for service portfolios and participating in LTS strategy planning and Budget processes
  • Ability to own and drive investment decisions on offerings and determine sales resource allocation
  • Understanding of PCS Service sales channel strategy and working with enterprise sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Provide wing-to-wing leadership for the creation, development, and commercial activation of customer-facing service products and offerings related to PCS products and PCS-related digital solutions to increase service contract capture rate/market share and enable accelerated growth
  • Lead New Service Introduction (NSI) coordination, including new product and enterprise digital solutions, readiness, and activation with USCAN Marketing, coinciding with New Product Introductions, commercialization activities, and pricing
  • Lead and create New Service Offerings for new Go-To-Market offerings that augment and/or replace legacy portfolio offerings
  • Drive and prioritize new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, digital, and engineering teams, region customers, and commercial teams
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive effective value proposition and Key Opinion Leader development per market and segment needs
  • Work with global product and global service teams to understand new Digital Solutions suitable for the USCAN market and develop go-to-market strategies
  • Work with marketing to conduct market research to discover customers’ unmet needs and commercial opportunities, utilizing industry trends for decision-making
  • Manage the investment plan for PCS Service Portfolio for USCAN Service and participate in LTS strategy planning and Budget processes with USCAN Equipment and Global Service teams
  • Drive effective roadmaps and commercial activation strategies to maximize resource utilization and growth by identifying best practices, integrating offerings, working with commercial/operation leaders, driving data visibility, digital scalability, support sustainability, and process standardization
  • Drive effective communication and activation plans with USCAN Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Commercial Leadership teams
  • Work closely with Training teams to ensure appropriate curriculum for commercial teams selling products and solutions across channels
