Requirements
Candidates should have progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment. They must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and possess the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
The Senior People Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including global onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and compensation operations. They will collaborate with payroll and finance, establish and refine global People processes, and support international entity establishments. Responsibilities also include managing new hire documentation, global contract creation, background checks, process development and optimization, team member support, and administering People systems to ensure data integrity.
