Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field, with over 15 years of progressive experience in IT organizations. Expert-level proficiency in IT service management, strong business acumen, operational excellence expertise, and excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills are required. A proven track record of leading lean transformations and a deep understanding of IT operating models and lean practices are essential. Bonus points include ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification, experience in technology product operations, demonstrated success in IT transformation initiatives, and a strong background in customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

The Product Operations Lead will orchestrate the evolution of the IT operating model within a federated structure, driving operational excellence and service delivery across the global IT organization. This role involves leading the transformation of the IT operating model using lean methodologies, partnering across federated IT teams to drive product-centric transformation, and establishing strategic customer relationships. Responsibilities also include orchestrating the intake and prioritization of enterprise-wide IT initiatives, developing and implementing IT service management frameworks, and driving continuous improvement through value stream mapping and lean principles to guide the organizational shift from a project to a product mindset.
