Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of sales or SDR experience, with SaaS sales experience being a plus. International sales experience is preferred. A track record of exceeding expectations, a desire for a successful sales career, and the ability to articulate value propositions via multiple channels are essential. Strong collaboration, negotiation, written communication, and self-motivation skills are required. Candidates must be willing to work Monday-Friday from 5 AM - 2 PM MST. A forward-thinking mindset regarding AI integration is also valued.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will identify and qualify SMB prospects via phone and email, manage leads from the SDR team, and cover the entire pipeline. Responsibilities include contacting white-paper leads, introducing the BambooHR platform to prospective clients, cultivating relationships with HR professionals and executive leaders, and showcasing the potential ROI of BambooHR to convert prospects into clients. Sales activities are conducted via web conference and phone, with no travel required.
