The Account Executive will identify and qualify SMB prospects via phone and email, manage leads from the SDR team, and cover the entire pipeline. Responsibilities include contacting white-paper leads, introducing the BambooHR platform to prospective clients, cultivating relationships with HR professionals and executive leaders, and showcasing the potential ROI of BambooHR to convert prospects into clients. Sales activities are conducted via web conference and phone, with no travel required.
