Candidates must have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales, with prospecting/cold calling experience being a plus. They should be familiar with CRM systems and basic sales tools, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos, and demonstrate a track record of achieving sales quotas. The role requires schedule flexibility to work a 5 AM-2 PM MST schedule and a strong desire to succeed, manage objections, and collaborate with colleagues. Prior work with global accounts or familiarity with the EMEA region is a plus. Candidates must be located in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia and pass a background and credit check.
The Account Executive 2 will expand BambooHR's presence in the EMEA region by building relationships with potential clients and managing the sales process. Key duties include prospecting and generating leads through outreach and networking, maintaining an organized sales pipeline using a CRM system, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, negotiating deals, closing prospects, and staying informed about product updates and market trends to enhance sales performance.
