Responsibilities

The Director of Total Rewards will architect and manage competitive compensation frameworks, lead annual compensation planning cycles, partner with Talent Acquisition and department heads on compensation offers, leverage benchmarking tools, oversee the global payroll process, oversee global benefits programs with a focus on innovation and employee well-being, drive equity compensation strategy, ensure total rewards practices meet legal requirements globally, lead communication strategies, and own compensation and benefits analytics to track program effectiveness and provide data-informed insights to executive leadership.
