Requirements
The candidate should have progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment. They must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
The Senior People Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including global onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and compensation operations. They will also collaborate with payroll and finance, develop and optimize People tools and processes, support international entity establishments, and act as a key point of contact for team member inquiries. Additionally, they will manage global People templates, coordinate candidate visa processes, prepare payroll updates, and administer and enhance People systems, driving data integrity.
