Strong organizational skills, proven problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations is a plus. The role requires comfort with technology, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and regulations. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset.
The Senior Lifecycle Specialist will manage day-to-day operations, build and maintain relationships with workers compensation carriers and state agencies, and support the insurance program renewal process. This includes ensuring timely and accurate submissions, negotiating for cost efficiencies, and maintaining up-to-date insurance policy records. The specialist will also help coordinate carrier performance reviews to ensure consistent service levels and standards.
