Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support within the financial services industry. They should possess an analytical and data-oriented approach to problem-solving, a commitment to delivering quality results and accountability, and strong communication skills in both verbal and written English. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting investment account rollovers, electronic, ACH, and manual transfers, as well as experience with messaging inboxes, help desk ticketing platforms, and phone/chat support.
The Member Experience Specialist will provide timely, professional, and friendly customer support for the Facet app, resolving billing and technical inquiries. They will guide members through complex investment rollovers and transfers, diagnose and provide solutions to customer questions and app troubleshooting, and manage member interactions with excellent communication, documentation, and follow-through. Responsibilities also include cataloging and escalating common issues to product and engineering teams, managing multiple member requests simultaneously, and following up with members who have low satisfaction scores.
