Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience supporting EPD organizations in high-growth companies being a plus. Strong business acumen, curiosity, and excellent influencing, communication, facilitation, and listening skills are required, alongside creativity, grit, project management skills, and the ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively. Experience partnering on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a desired qualification.

Responsibilities

As a Senior People Business Partner, the individual will serve as a trusted thought partner and consultant to senior leaders across the EPD organization, acting as a primary point of contact for all people-related matters. They will provide support and guidance on various HR initiatives, including performance management, change management, and employee relations. The role involves assessing organizational health, driving the project management of critical People programs, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to build and implement scalable programs and policies to attract, retain, and grow talent. Additionally, the individual will collect and analyze data to deliver insights and recommendations, and proactively identify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies within the EPD organization.
