The Senior People Operations Specialist will manage the entire employee lifecycle, including global onboarding and offboarding, leave management, and compensation operations. Responsibilities include overseeing new hire documentation, global contract creation, background checks, and supporting contingent onboarding. The role involves researching, building, and improving People tools and processes, supporting international entity establishments, and managing key annual People processes like performance and compensation. Additionally, the specialist will act as a point of contact for team member inquiries, maintain global People templates, coordinate visa processes, prepare monthly payroll updates, and administer, enhance, and audit People systems to ensure data integrity.
