Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Manager, People Communications on implementation, optimization, and user adoption of the internal communication platform (Simpplr)
Develop governance frameworks, best practices, and learning/enablement resources to empower site owners/content managers for communications, events, and resource sharing
Create compelling internal content including announcements, thought leadership pieces, team member spotlights, and campaign materials to drive engagement
Curate engaging content such as news, team member stories, company updates, events, and resources to build community and connection
Proactively educate, support, and empower internal stakeholders, site owners/content managers, and functional leaders to leverage the internal communications hub
Foster vibrant internal communities through strategic programming, events, and initiatives
Work alongside Senior People Communications & Engagement Manager on internal communication campaigns
Champion successful adoption and optimization of the new internal communications hub
