Requirements

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and adoption of core talent practices, including performance, promotions, and succession. The Senior Manager will oversee multiple workstreams, partnering cross-functionally to identify needs, build scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include supporting the launch and adoption of People programs through communication and training, developing targeted communications for all business levels, and enabling stakeholders and managers with the right tools and information. The individual will also design and deliver scalable training content and resources, measure program effectiveness using feedback and data, and manage relationships with external vendors for successful program delivery.
