Position Overview

Deel is seeking a high-performing, strategic Senior Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing Venture team. This role is an opportunity to make a direct impact on how Deel grows and scales its critical venture partner ecosystem. You will manage a larger portfolio of partners, work cross-functionally within our sales team, and serve as a trusted advisor to insurance broker partners. Your role will directly influence how we build and develop these partnerships, fostering lasting relationships through engagements like partner dinners, lunches, sporting events, and other networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with venture partners to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities.
  • Guide clients through strategic decisions, including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota, driving Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) through broker-sourced opportunities.
  • Become a Deel product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development.
  • Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Act as an activation expert to quickly transition new partners from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring strong relationship starts and efficient scaling.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in any form of partner management or related sales roles.
