Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales support, or a related field, with direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data. Strong organizational and execution skills are necessary, along with proficiency in understanding how ad solutions drive business outcomes and knowledge of AI-driven decision-support or automation tools. Experience drafting proposals, order forms, and forecasting revenue is also required, as is exposure to cross-functional collaboration. Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and direct client vertical experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Partner Manager will build new business relationships within the mid-market space, activate new partners and brands, and expand into new business units within existing partners to contribute to revenue targets. They will collaborate with the Industry Lead and Account Managers on offer details, programming, and calibration, and craft proposals to share Fetch's vision, strategy, and value proposition with prospects. The role involves influencing decision-makers externally and supporting other Fetch sellers internally, demonstrating knowledge of Fetch's offerings and pipeline, and staying updated on media/marketing industry trends and subject matter expertise in the mid-market space.
