The candidate should be adept at cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to support go-to-market execution and must be familiar with the AI landscape, technical hiring, developer tools, staff augmentation, or recruiting services. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads is required.
The Senior Marketing Manager, Turing Talent will own and execute digital and integrated marketing campaigns to generate qualified pipeline and enhance brand credibility. They will shape messaging and positioning that resonates with technical and business audiences, including founders and engineering leaders. Key responsibilities include leading website and landing page updates to improve clarity and conversion rates, managing full-funnel programs across content, email, events, and paid media, and partnering with Sales to align messaging and accelerate outbound efforts. The role also involves ensuring CRM health, proper lead routing, and campaign attribution in collaboration with Product Ops and RevOps, rigorously monitoring campaign performance with clear reporting on funnel metrics and KPIs, tracking attribution for ROI visibility, analyzing channel effectiveness, and optimizing spend across platforms. Additionally, the manager must ensure all marketing activities comply with data privacy standards and platform policies.
