The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline in B2B SaaS. Experience in healthcare, AI, or complex enterprise sales cycles is required, along with expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for enterprise accounts. Hands-on HubSpot expertise is essential, including campaign creation, workflows, lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. A strong track record of running multi-channel campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and ABM platforms, and optimizing for CAC, CPL, and pipeline impact, is also necessary. Fluency in modern BI tools is required.
The Growth Marketing Lead will build and own Rad AI's demand generation engine, developing the roadmap, executing campaigns, and scaling successful strategies. This role involves designing, launching, and optimizing integrated campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. Responsibilities include owning HubSpot operations, managing reporting and analytics, ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable results, and partnering closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing Communications, and Product Marketing. The lead will build and run the full-funnel growth plan, including campaign strategy, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization. They will launch and manage programs across paid social, search, retargeting, ABM, email, and partner channels to generate high-quality leads. Additionally, they will own HubSpot configuration, workflows, lead scoring, and reporting, build dashboards to tie marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue, and continuously test messaging, creative, channels, and tactics to maximize ROI and conversion rates. The role also includes ensuring seamless lead management, SLA adherence, clear visibility into funnel performance, providing actionable insights and transparent reporting to the executive team, and establishing systems, processes, and benchmarks for future marketing engine expansion.
