The Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations will lead the marketing technology strategy and execution, optimizing the demand generation engine, managing marketing automation platforms, and driving performance across paid advertising channels. Responsibilities include owning the development, implementation, and management of brand and communications strategy for Xplor Pay, leading internal and external communications, optimizing the Pardot instance for lead management, managing system integrations with Salesforce, developing automated nurture programs and campaigns, and executing paid media campaigns across various channels. The role also involves tracking and analyzing marketing activity performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights, leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying automation opportunities, and owning marketing performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
