The Paid Media Manager will own the daily strategy and execution of paid campaigns across search, social, and video channels to drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth. Responsibilities include building complex segmentations, developing retargeting and personalization strategies, conducting rigorous A/B and multivariate testing, partnering with CRM and marketing ops teams to tie performance to pipeline and ROAS, analyzing spend, forecasting impact, monitoring channel trends, collaborating with design and content teams on ad creative, and owning reporting on spend, CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution.
