Responsibilities

Responsibilities include monitoring queues, assisting with merchant interactions, tracking KPIs, investigating payment issues, reviewing payment arrangements, collaborating on fraud detection, and educating teams on compliance. The role also involves identifying process improvements, conducting quality assurance, coaching team members, leading training sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the merchant experience.
