The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own and scale user acquisition at Propel, driving sustainable, cost-effective growth through paid media and new channel exploration. This role involves defining strategy, setting the channel mix, and driving growth while maintaining unit economics. Responsibilities include partnering with agencies for high-performing campaigns, managing and optimizing the paid media budget end-to-end, building a high-performing creative engine through testing frameworks, and leading rigorous A/B and incrementality testing. The manager will also advance attribution and modeling capabilities, collaborate with brand, lifecycle, and product teams to drive system-level growth, and manage agencies and vendors with structure and accountability, potentially shaping the future structure of the growth function through hiring and mentoring.
