Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data are also required.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive customer marketing strategies to expand the customer base, grow existing customer business, and enhance customer satisfaction. This includes creating content, resources, and lead programs, managing customer loyalty and advocacy programs, establishing and managing Customer Advisory Boards, and serving as a liaison between customers and the product team. The role also involves tracking and reporting on key customer marketing metrics, managing online customer communities, and creating educational content such as tutorials and webinars.
