  • Experience developing technology roadmaps, heatmaps, maturity assessments, and support status
  • Proven stakeholder management as a liaison between technology leadership, business leaders, and architecture functions
  • Capability to supervise delivery optimization of large-scale or sophisticated software programs and systems
  • Multi-functional collaboration skills to align technology with business goals and timelines

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic core of the technology architecture group, ensuring IT landscape is robust, efficient, and aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a holistic understanding of the business model, strategic goals, and technology leverage
  • Manage an engineering team responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and enhancing software solutions
  • Identify, document, and map relationships and dependencies between high-level business capabilities
  • Aggregate and analyze critical data related to security risks, technical debt, and technology investments to inform decisions
  • Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, heatmaps of approved technologies, maturity levels, and support status
  • Establish architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for Solution Architects during project implementation
  • Supervise delivery optimization of large-scale or sophisticated software programs and systems, collaborating multi-functionally
  • Serve as a liaison between Technology leadership, business leaders, and architecture functions for initiative alignment
  • Provide strategic direction, devise roadmaps, govern shared technology assets, and conduct regular architecture review sessions
  • Manage opportunities to identify how the portfolio can deliver or contribute to solutions
