Responsibilities

  • Understand the Partner experience with our fleet of 4.2 million (and growing) agents
  • Help the team analyze incoming data to develop a full picture of Agent Health in the wild
  • Constantly evolve better observability to improve that data
  • Understand and improve the build, installation, testing, and upgrades of our endpoints across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
  • Work with the team to define roadmaps to continuously improve the Partner experience
  • Work closely with internal recruiting to partner on strategic hiring when needed
  • Work with your team and cross-functional partners to influence and define strategy and roadmaps, and be responsible for achieving timely execution and quality outcomes
  • Participate in technical design and implementation
  • Drive software quality and timely, predictable software delivery while balancing the needs of the business and team members
  • Set clear expectations, standards, and goals for team excellence, driving performance improvements at both team and individual levels. Measure impact and adjust accordingly
  • Ensure code quality and test coverage by ensuring the team performs proper code reviews and appropriate testing
  • Use a servant-leadership mindset to ensure that engineers and engineering managers have everything they need to design, build, iterate on, and ship high-quality software promptly
  • Drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organizational level
  • Work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to set and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Lead with transparency, candidly challenge assumptions, and exhibit integrity above all else
