Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a proven track record in optimizing Sales processes, systems, and data flows to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. Experience designing and managing Go-to-Market tech stacks, building dashboards and forecasts, and identifying and eliminating bottlenecks is essential. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau is necessary, and a background in pet health or a related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations will lead and scale end-to-end revenue operations by developing and executing GTM strategies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, monitoring pipeline health, and delivering actionable optimization recommendations. They will optimize sales systems and processes by mapping and eliminating friction in the sales cycle, architecting CRM-based processes, managing RFP responses, and streamlining contract handoff workflows. This role involves building and maintaining dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau, using reporting to drive decisions, and defining targeting criteria for BDRs. Additionally, they will own the strategy for CRM systems, ensure data hygiene, lead sales enablement efforts by crafting decks and competitive positioning, and facilitate weekly GTM syncs for cross-functional alignment and training.
