The Senior Manager of Revenue Operations will partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategies for sales team productivity and effectiveness, aiming to achieve business and financial goals. Key responsibilities include leading territory planning, refining coverage models, driving territory design, and account prioritization to maximize revenue potential. The role involves working with the Indirect Sales team to operationalize strategic initiatives and track their success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams like marketing and SDRs to monitor, analyze, and improve the entire sales funnel, including top-of-funnel performance, is crucial. This position requires continual streamlining and improvement of practices, processes, policies, tools, and templates to support efficiency and scalability. Defining weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives for the sales team and identifying, leading, and operationalizing strategic internal projects to enhance sales productivity, visibility of key metrics, and establish widespread adoption are also key duties. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes.
