Requirements

  • At least 10 years of related experience in the electronics industry
  • Manages professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Accountable for the performance and results of a team
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from senior management
  • Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
  • Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for all current and future products
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support the company’s overall strategy and goals
  • Work with the Managing Director to develop overall product strategy
  • Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements
  • Closely work with the marketing team to manage product releases to customers, promotions, and advertising
  • Collaborate with the sales team, prospects, and current customers for feedback. Provide training and technical knowledge
  • Engage in supplier meetings, strategies, and business reviews
