Requirements

At least 10 years of related experience in the electronics industry
Manages professional employees and/or supervisors
Accountable for the performance and results of a team
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from senior management
Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
Accountable for the budget, performance, and results of a medium-sized team or multiple small teams
Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination, and other personnel actions

Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap and strategy for all current and future products
Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and support the company’s overall strategy and goals
Work with the Managing Director to develop overall product strategy
Understand market opportunities and competition and specify market requirements
Closely work with the marketing team to manage product releases to customers, promotions, and advertising
Collaborate with the sales team, prospects, and current customers for feedback. Provide training and technical knowledge
Engage in supplier meetings, strategies, and business reviews
