Requirements

Candidates should possess 7+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the electronics, semiconductors, or embedded systems industries. They should have a strong background in driving product narratives, crafting differentiated positioning, and building content that connects technical depth with business value. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field is required, with advanced degrees or an MBA being a plus. Experience working in cloud-based platforms within the electronics space is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, the individual will craft compelling narratives that translate complex product capabilities into customer value, tailored to different personas, industries, and stages of digital maturity. They will define and evolve core messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies, lead the creation of customer-facing content, and partner with Brand and Content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and launches. Furthermore, they will act as the voice of the customer, bringing market insights and buyer feedback into the product development process, working closely with Product Management to influence priorities and roadmap decisions, and define use-case driven value propositions. Finally, they will collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop materials that empower the field, support customer and partner engagements, and represent product marketing in internal planning and executive discussions.
