Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, People Operations will design and improve scalable, automated, and AI-enabled People Ops processes across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include owning global HR policy development and governance, building a global HR compliance roadmap, and scaling the People operations infrastructure by optimizing the HR tech stack and service delivery tools. They will also pilot and implement AI-powered tools, act as a connector across departments, collaborate on program execution, and identify and implement new EOR solutions and global payroll providers.
