Requirements

Candidates should have 8-10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience, including direct business partnership at the senior level. Proven experience supporting engineering, product, or technical organizations in high-growth, global companies is required, along with a strong track record in organizational design, performance management, and leadership enablement. Excellent judgment in employee relations is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The People Strategy Partner will drive Phantom's Business Partnership strategy across all teams, ensuring people initiatives support business priorities. They will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable talent strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. This role involves designing and evolving team structures, anticipating capability needs, and advising on workforce planning, particularly for EPD teams. They will embed performance frameworks, strengthen the culture of feedback, and provide coaching to senior leaders. Additionally, they will improve manager effectiveness, handle employee relations matters, identify engagement risks, and drive retention and development pathways. The People Strategy Partner will also collaborate with Recruiting on headcount planning and critical hires.
