Responsibilities

The Sr. HCM and Core Compensation Consultant will be responsible for the successful implementation of Workday's HR solutions for healthcare customers. This includes understanding and implementing the HCM and Core Compensation product suites, providing healthcare industry perspective to align customer business requirements with leading practices, and utilizing Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements. The consultant will also participate in training, attend and lead events to share knowledge, mentor other consultants, and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to Engagement Managers.
